Cory Shaffer is a dynamic, strategic talent partner and search professional with over seven years of experience recruiting across diverse industries, including technology, manufacturing, entertainment, real estate, legal, healthcare, and non-profit. He brings an extensive network and deep relationships having supported some of the most well-known companies in the world including Home Depot, Douglas Elliman, Paul Weiss, and JP Morgan Chase. His core expertise lies within technology search across executive, entry-level, and mid-management roles.

Throughout his career, Cory has worked with a wide range of clients—from large public companies to early-stage startups and family-owned businesses—helping them attract top-tier talent to drive growth and success. He is passionate about developing innovative, comprehensive, and adaptive search strategies that deliver quality talent solutions and create meaningful, positive impacts for both companies and candidates.

Originally from Los Angeles, CA, Cory earned his bachelor’s degree in accountancy from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. An avid traveler, he has also called several other cities home, including Chicago, Dallas, and New York. In his free time, Cory enjoys mixed martial arts, volunteering with youth programs, collecting sports cards, and pursuing new learning experiences.
